Delicious salmon marinated and glazed with honey and soy sauce
This recipe is delicious and easy to make, if you are busy or tired, this is the right choice for you; try this delicious recipe you won’t regret it.

Marinade: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. of Muscavado sugar
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- pepper
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, cider vinegar, sugar, and honey in a bowl. Pour on the salmon steaks and let marinate for 30 minutes minimum.
- Drain the salmon steaks.
- Heat 1 tsp. Of oil in a frying pan, spread with paper towels, and sear the salmon steaks skin side down. When they start to color, turn them and continue cooking for 3 minutes over medium heat, basting with marinade.
- Turn the salmon over again, season with pepper, and cook until a syrupy sauce is obtained.
