- Three medium-sized potatoes.
- One pod of sweet green pepper.
- One onion.
- A tablespoon of olive oil.
- a quarter cup of lemon juice.

How to prepare
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Chop the onion and the pepper horn into very small pieces.
- Bring a medium-sized frying pan, and put it on medium heat, then add the olive oil and onions to it, and stir together until the onion changes color to golden.
- Add potato cubes to the onion and stir together, then reduce the heat and leave for ten minutes for the potato cubes to soften well.
- Add to diced potatoes chopped pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and stir the ingredients together for 2 minutes.
