  •  100 grams of potato
  •  2 dessertspoonfuls of skimmed milk
  •  1 pinch of black pepper
  •  1 pinch of salt
  •  1 pinch of parsley

How to make creamy mashed potatoes very quick to make:

  1. Peel the potato, cut it into pieces, and put it in a saucepan to boil. About 10 minutes. This depends on the size of the peeled potato. You must look when the potato is done; you can do it by pricking it with a knife and see if it pierces the potato easily.
  2. Drain. Mash with a fork. Doing it with a fork is not free; you will see that if you do it with a fork and not with a machine, the final result of the creamy mashed potatoes is more prosperous.
  3. Add the two tablespoons of skimmed milk to make it lighter, salt and black pepper, and stir. To decorate, I have put a little parsley.
