INGREDIENTS :
Crust:
- 2 cups (198 grams) crumbled graham crackers
- ½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Cream cheese topping :
- 12 ounces (340 grams) of cream cheese
- ¼ cup (56 grams) sugar
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping (half a package)
Fruit garnish and decorations :
- 3 to 4 sliced bananas
- 1 can of pineapple pieces, drained
- 1 1/3 cup (265 grams) sliced strawberries
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping (half a package)
- ½ cup (57 grams) walnuts, chopped
- Chocolate Syrup
- Maraschino cherries
PREPARATION :
- Grease a 9×13” (23×33 cm) baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix crumbled graham crackers with butter until well combined. Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar until the mixture becomes smooth. Add whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Place the banana slices on top of the filling layer, make a second layer of pineapple pieces, and then the sliced strawberries.
- Cover with whipped topping and flatten the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- It can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days in an airtight dish.
