It is a recipe for honey-baked ribs that is very simple to make, which is tasty and perfect for a summer lunch or dinner or with friends. So don’t miss the step by step and surprise all your family and friends with these pork ribs baked with honey and mustard.

Ingredients to make Oven Baked Bbq Ribs:

  •     500 grams of pork ribs
  •     2 tablespoons of honey
  •     1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  •     2 tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil
  •     1 pinch of ground black pepper
  •     1 pinch of salt

How to make Oven Baked Bbq Ribs:

Before starting with the honey mustard baked pork ribs, preheat the oven to 180º C.

Then put the pork ribs in a baking dish, season them on both sides with salt and pepper and put them in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the mustard, honey and oil in a bowl and set aside.

When the pork ribs have been in the oven for 20 minutes, take them out of the oven taking care not to burn yourself. With the help of a brush, paint the ribs on one side with the honey-mustard sauce and turn them over so that the painted side faces down.

Then put the pork ribs in the oven with honey and mustard for about 15 minutes. After that time, take them out, paint the top with the rest of the honey sauce, and turn them over. Bake them for another 15 minutes and if you see that they are still not browned, raise the oven temperature to 200º C, and bake until golden brown.

It is good to finish cooking with the oven at a high temperature so that the ribs with honey and mustard are well browned and crispy on the outside.
