Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells is the most loved dinner by everyone in my family. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Today in Ineskohl Kitchen Blog we gonna share with you the perfect way to prepare it.

  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 1 small green bell pepper diced
  • 8 ounces of cheddar cheese cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsps of ketchup
  • 1 of cup beef broth
  • 1 of tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of Kosher salt
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
  • 24 jumbo pasta shells (cooked before)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsps of butter

  1. We preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius.
  2. We cook the ground beef in a skillet until the color of the ground beef is brown.
  3. After the ground beef is cooked, put it in another bowl on the side, and in the same skillet without washing it, add butter, pepper, and onion,
  4. leave these ingredients to cook in the skillet for a few minutes (3 minutes) until they become a little brown. Then we flip it to the other side and leave it for the same period.
  5. Return the ground beef we previously cooked to the same skillet with the other ingredients in the skillet.
  6. Add salt and black pepper to the skillet and also add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
  7. We remove the skillet from the stove and stuff all those ingredients cooked in the skillet inside each pasta shell.
  8. We will only use half the amount of cheese. Put the cheese on top of each pasta shell.
  9. Bring the skillet we cooked in earlier because we’ll need it again. Let’s add cornstarch,1 cup beef broth, and milk, Mix these ingredients well before placing them on the stove. Put the skillet on the stove after stirring it and add the remaining cheese to it, continue to stir. But don’t add all the cheese at once, You have to add it now and then, keep stirring for 4 minutes.
  10. After preparing this sauce we use only half of the quantity (we leave the remaining sauce for serving). Pour it over the pasta shell.
  11. Open the oven that we preheated to 350 degrees and put the pasta shell in it for 10-13 minutes.
  12. Serve and Enjoy.
