Potato Salad with Chicken and Cheese

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken chunks
  • Chopped green onions

How to prepare:

  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes, then boil them in salted water until they are almost done.
  3. In a bowl, mix, put a cup of cream soup with yogurt, and half the amount of cheese and spices, and chop the chicken on it.
  4. Add the potatoes, after removing them from the water, to the cream and chicken mixture.
  5. Spread the ingredients on a greased oven tray, and put them in the oven for a few minutes, so that the potatoes finish cooking, soak the cream, and melt the cheese.
  6. Take out the tray after 5 minutes and put the rest of the cheese and leave it for another 3 minutes.
