250 grams of flour
1 sachet of baker’s yeast
50 milliliters of Liquid Cream
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
200 grams of shrimps
How to make pizza with shrimp and cheese cream
Dissolve the yeast in 20 ml of warm water. Mix the flour with 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. sugar, the yeast and 2 tbsp. oil. Knead adding little by little another 125 ml of warm water. Make a ball, cover it with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2: Peel the shrimps.
Peel the shrimp, remove the intestines with tweezers and set aside. Once the dough has doubled in volume, roll it out with a rolling pin and form a disk about 5 mm thick. Place it on the baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper.
Prepare the cream cheese by mixing the cream with 100 g of grated mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese in a saucepan. Heat it over low heat and keep stirring until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Step 4 Spread the tomato over the dough.
Spread the tomato over the pizza dough. Spread the cream cheese and shrimp on top and season with a pinch of salt. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250º for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Remove, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
If you want to enrich the pizza by enhancing its seafood flavor, add about 50 g of steamed mussels, without their shells, near the end of cooking.
