Strawberry Pie

Ingredients to make Strawberry Pie:

  •     1 kilogram of Strawberry
  •     1 Lemon
  •     1/4 cups of Sugar (¼ cup)


  •     2 1/2 cups of flour
  •     3/4 cups of melted Butter
  •     ½ teaspoon of salt
  •     2 tablespoons of cold water

How to make Strawberry Pie:

  1. Put the strawberries to marinate in a bowl with lemon juice and Sugar.
  2. With the dough’s ingredients, make a dough that does not stick to your hands. During the kneading, you will have a caught strap; leave it 2 hours in the refrigerator tightly covered with a damp cloth so that you do not form crust.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, rubbing it with a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
  4. Line a cake pan that you will have previously buttered and floured with a little butter, put it in a medium/hard oven until the dough is cooked so that the dough does not rise, prick the bottom well with a fork. source:

When the bottom of the cake is well cooled, fill it with the strawberries, and with the juice, they have released and a sheet or two, depending on the juice they have released, of fish glue (gelatin), you make a jelly, if you want you can use royal raspberry jelly, then follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Once the gelatin is dissolved in the juice, pour it over the strawberries and let it cool for two hours in the refrigerator for the gelatin to set.
