Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp ground sage
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups thawed mixed vegetables optional
  • 1 pkg 6 oz dry stuffing mix
  • 1 stick 8 tbsp melted butter
  • cups chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Mix soups, milk, sour cream, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Add shredded chicken (and vegetables if using). Spread in dish.
  • Toss stuffing mix with melted butter; sprinkle over chicken layer.
  • Pour chicken broth evenly over stuffing.
  • Cover with foil; bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
