Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Warm the milk gently on the stove.
Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
Slowly add warm milk while whisking. Stir in melted butter.
Pour into crust and bake 40–45 minutes, until set with a slight jiggle.
Cool completely before slicing. Chill if desired.
