- 1 can whole kernel corn 15 oz, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn 15 oz
- 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 box 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Mix corn, creamed corn, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and eggs.
Add corn muffin mix, salt, and pepper; stir gently.
Pour into dish; top with cheese.
Bake 40–50 minutes until set and golden.
