Ingredients
  

  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15 oz, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn 15 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 box 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Mix corn, creamed corn, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and eggs.
  • Add corn muffin mix, salt, and pepper; stir gently.
  • Pour into dish; top with cheese.
  • Bake 40–50 minutes until set and golden.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
