This creamy fruit salad is filled with a variety of fresh fruit coated in a sweet, smooth dressing that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 20 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 ½ cups seedless grapes halved
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sour cream or whipped topping
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add all drained fruit and gently fold into the mixture.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Stir again just before serving and garnish with mint or coconut if desired.

Notes

If you’re serving outdoors or in warm weather, keep the salad chilled over ice to maintain freshness.
