Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire until just combined.
Shape into six patties.
Brown each patty briefly in a hot skillet and set aside.
Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
Stir in the flour and cook for a minute.
Slowly whisk in the broth until smooth.
Add the cream, thyme, and parsley. Simmer one minute.
Spread onions and mushrooms in a baking dish.
Place patties on top and pour gravy over everything.
Bake 40–45 minutes until bubbling and cooked through.
Rest a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
