- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 32-ounce bag frozen tator tots
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain if needed.
Add diced onion and green pepper; cook 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in seasoned salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add both soups and mix until creamy. Fold in peas and carrots.
Spread mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Arrange tator tots evenly over the surface.
Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
