- ½ cup honey
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch pan.
Whisk yogurt, honey, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add lemon zest and olive oil, mix gently.
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Stir into wet mixture.
Pour into pan, bake 35–45 minutes until golden.
Cool, drizzle with honey, and serve.
