Let me introduce myself to you, My last name is Salim that’s why I named this blog Ineskohl Kitchen ☺.

I currently live in Morocco. I work as a chef in a restaurant in my city, I love this job

My favorite hobby is cooking and writing books about food. I have so many books already. That’s why i created this blog to combine my favorite hobby cooking and writing. and to share my recipes with you for free. I really hope you like my recipes 🙂 .
