  • 2 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Filling:

  • 20 salami slices
  • 9 oz Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg for Eggwash
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, add flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Using a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients well.
  3. Add olive oil and warm water to the bowl. using a wooden spoon mix the ingredients well.
