Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove the silk.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, honey, chopped jalapeño, and salt until well combined.
  4. Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil. (ineskohl.info)
  5. Spread a generous amount of the jalapeño honey butter mixture onto each ear of corn.
  6. Wrap the corn tightly in the foil, making sure to seal the edges.
