  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons (16g) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
  • 1 1/3 cups (315ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)


  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until well combined.
  3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk and peanut butter.
  4. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, stir the mixture together until a smooth, thick batter forms. Avoid over-mixing.
