Sausage and Cream Cheese Biscuit Bites

  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (12-oz) cans of Grands Jr flaky biscuits
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • Bacon (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 370 degrees Celsius.
  2. Use an iron skillet to cook the sausage until brown.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl. Add cooked sausage, cream cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix all these ingredients together, add cheddar cheese to it and continue mixing.
  4. In pre-sprayed mini muffin pans put the biscuit.
  5. Using a large spoon, put the filling you prepared earlier on top of each biscuit.
  6. Set the mini muffin pans in the oven. Let it bake for 13 to 15 minutes until it becomes golden.
