CARROT CAKE RECIPE

Carrot cake is one of the most delicious types of cake, and carrots make it have a distinct and different taste, and below we offer you how to prepare it at home.

Ingredients:

  • grated carrots.
  • 2 cups of flour.
  • A cup of brown sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • Vanilla spoon.
  • Baking powder spoon.
  • A tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • Chopped walnuts.
  • A teaspoon of grated orange peel.
  • Only a quarter cup of corn oil.

How to prepare:

  1. Bring a bowl and put the sugar and oil in it, and whisk them using the electric whisk until you get a creamy texture.
  2. Add eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
  3. Add vanilla and orange zest, and mix the ingredients for about five minutes.
  4. Add the flour gradually, alternating with the baking powder and cinnamon, and add a pinch of salt and continue whisking until we get the cake dough.
  5. Place the carrots and walnuts and stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon until they overlap.
  6. We prepare an oven tray and spread it with oil and put the cake mixture in it.
  7. Put the tray in a medium-temperature oven at 180 degrees until the cake is completely done.
  8. Leave to cool, chop, and serve.
